​Development and Growth

Trailwalk Limited has a substantial portfolio of both domestic and commercial properties. Cliftons have worked along side Trailwalk for the past decade in all their property developments and renovations. Trailwalk puts their full confidence in us to resolve any issues they may have in their rental properties, from a simple leaking tap, to a full central heating installation.

We have used Cliftons of Wrexham to provide services such as Central Heating Installations, Repairs, General Plumbing and Gas Safety Certificates for a number of years and during that time they have always provided a first class professional service. Their engineers are always courteous, smart, well trained and provide an excellent service.

In 2014, Cliftons had the pleasure of being involved in Trailwalk’s Dovenby Court development. This saw us install plumbing pipework and fixtures, central heating systems and bathrooms to all 12 of their luxury apartments. Following the completion of the project, Dovenby Court was awarded The Best Small Development in the North Wales LABC Building Excellence Awards 2015.
